Yehuda Rozenblum, CEO

Yehuda RozenblumMr. Rozenblum has twenty-five years experience in the professional management of agribusiness development projects at regional and state levels all over the world. He brings a wealth of agricultural, managerial and professional experience in negotiations at ministerial and senior executive levels, including negotiations with the main assistance / aid countries: The U.S.A., Germany, the EEC, Holland, Japan and others.

Mr. Rozenblum has been involved in many global projects over the years, in the Middle East (Palestine, Israel, Egypt), Latin America (Bolivia, Uruguay, Brazil, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Panama, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica), Africa (Kenya, Tanzania, Swaziland, Mozambique), the Far East (Thailand, Vietnam, Nepal, India), CIS countries (Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan), Georgia, Turkey and Croatia).

Previous roles fulfilled by Mr. Rozenblum include: Director of Projects & Special Assignments at the Israeli Ministry of Agriculture’s Center for International Agricultural Development Cooperation (CINADCO); Advisor to the Government of Swaziland on behalf of USAID and the Division for International Cooperation, the Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Israel; and Project Manager for the USAID funded– “PAPA” (Palestinian Agribusiness Partnership Activity) project.

Yehuda has a B.A. in Agricultural Economics and an M.A. in Public Administration from Haifa University.

Deborah R. Srour - Senior Legal Counsel, LLB, MA

Deborah R.SrourMrs. Srour has vast experience in international, institutional and banking legal work and high-level negotiations. Her previous roles include Senior Legal Consultant for anti-money laundering legislation, advising governments, institutions, banks and representing clients in related issues; Senior Counsel for Safra National Bank; and Partner or Senior Counsel in leading law firms in the United States and South America. Ms. Srour has also worked in Kuwait and Abu-Dhabi.

Ms. Srour has a B.A. in Communications and an M.A. in International Law from the University of Sao Paulo. She is also a graduate of the Brooklyn law school and has been admitted to the New York State and Federal Bars as well as the Brazilian Bar.

Nissim Sroussi, Head of R&D

Nissim SroussiNissim Sroussi is an expert on desert agriculture and has over 25 years of agricultural research and development experience at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Mr. Sroussi has been involved in international research and agricultural training in desert areas including the Chinese, Sahara and African deserts as well as training Native American tribes in modern agricultural methods, as well as medical research and development.

Previously, Mr. Sroussi served as International Agriculture Projects Director at Ben Gurion University’s Centre of Applied Research; CEO at Friendly Fungi - a biotechnology start-up company; and he has held senior management and research positions with cutting edge agricultural technology companies.

Mr. Sroussi has a B.A. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, an M.Sc. in Agriculture from Ben Gurion University in Agriculture and has submitted a doctoral thesis on desert agriculture. He is also a qualified practical engineer specializing in computer software.

Gerardo Cristiano, CFO

Gerardo CristianoMr. Cristiano has worked as Director of the Finance and Administration Department at Pragmatica Holdings Ltd since 2001 and in 2005, he was appointed CFO at Pragmatica Holdings Ltd. From 1999 to 2001, he established and managed the accounting and finance departments for all the Swiss subsidiaries of the Complet-e and Pragmatica Groups. Prior to 1999, he was head of the fiduciary department at a mid-size consulting and fiduciary firm.

Gerardo attended the Swiss Fiduciary School, where he was awarded his Federal Fiduciary Degree.

Avi Krengel - Representative, Brazil

Avi KrengelMr. Krengel has over 30 years of managerial experience both in military and civilian fields, which includes a range of command posts in the Israel Air Force and the initiation and management of international projects In Latin America and Africa. These international projects included the construction of schools, hospitals, music centres and more. His most recent task was Human Resource Manager for a corporation dealing in agriculture, construction, communications, marketing and real estate in Angola. Mr. Krengel has a B.A. in Educational Administration from the Haifa University, and has graduated courses in Personnel Recruitment Management and International Trade Management.

Uri Goldstein, Project Manager, Minas Gerais, Brazil

Uri GoldstainMr. Goldstein is an expert in agribusiness management, marketing and sales, with over 15 years of agribusiness experience. His previous activities include the role of Director of the Marketing and Agro –Energy Division at Plastro Brazil; Sales Director for Netafim Drip Systems; Managing Director for Latisol LTDA; and more.

Mr. Goldstein has an M.A. in Agricultural Engineering, Soil and Water Management from the Haifa Technion.

Michael Waiswaser, Project Manager, Liberia

Michael WaiswasperMr. Waiswaser has over 25 years of experience in general and professional management of agribusiness development projects, through which he has acquired in-depth knowledge of the mechanical engineering techniques employed in the agricultural sector.

He has held management positions in numerous agribusiness projects in West Africa, and has previously owned and operated a tropical fish breeding farm.

Mr. Waiswaser studied Agricultural Machinery Engineering at the Rupin Institute.
